Will you be, or have you, made health and fitness resolutions for the New Year ? Losing weight,  gaining fitness, and increasing strength are popular resolutions, but they are also the ones that we  break the most often, or never actually start. We go into the New Year with the very best of intentions,  but struggling from post-holiday blues , we find it hard to get started. We enjoy festive overindulgence  for a little too long, and we find it hard to exercise or eat healthily when it’s cold and dark outside, and  all we really want to do is cuddle up on the sofa with a big box of chocolates.  While no one will begrudge you a few weeks of rest for Christmas, the longer it takes you to get back  to a healthy lifestyle, or make improvements, the harder it will be. Luna decembrie este o luna incarcata de emotii, fericire, revederi cu oameni dragi, cadouri si multe dulciuri :)  Este luna mea preferata din an, de obicei ma intalnesc cu toti cei din familie de sarbatori, schimbam impresii, amintiri, cadouri. Am o familie destul de numeroasa, de cand m-am casatorit mereu iau multe cadouri, insa este o activitate care imi place si mereu vanez prima reactie a persoanei cand isi deschide cadoul.  Mama stie ca in fiecare an primeste de sarbatori parfum, creme de fata, de corp sau cosmetice. Anul acesta cred ca am gasit cadoul perfect pentru ea : un set Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue. Am avut eu parfumul si i-a placut mult. Pentru ten, ma gandesc sa ii iau setul   L’Oréal Paris   Revitalift Laser X3. Mai am putin timp de gandire si o gramada de cadouri de luat.
