How To Keep Your Employees Productive


When you're the boss, you have a lot of responsibilities and roles to keep, and that can understandably 
be a little overwhelming at times, and yet it's necessary if you're going to run a successful business 
and meet all of your targets. Employees are there to make life easier and get the job done quicker and 
more effective as a pose to if you're were going at it alone. Having said that, sometimes there is a 
common form of slacking that happens, and you will notice that your team isn't at the top of their game 
anymore. You need to remember that this reflects you, and shines you in a bad light because you're 
supposed to be the one in charge who gets the team motivated and driven, and encourages them to 
perform to a brilliant standard. So if they aren't, you're going to need to do something about that rather 
quickly.   

Put them through training.
When hiring, you will of course only choose candidates that have the necessary experience in order to 
do the job properly. But that doesn't mean that they'll always know the best ways to go about areas, 
such as marketing. And this department is very important to a business because it's how you 
showcase who you are, what you do, and why everyone should buy from you, so if that's not done 
well, you can lose out on so many sales because of it, and that's not something that you can risk 
happening. 

So put them all through a course to get their official marketing qualifications with Squared Online. That 
way they can not only brush up on their skills, but learn new strategies and techniques to stay ahead of 
the game.

Give them a downtime area.
Let's face it, everyone gets stressed at one time or another, and that stress can have a huge impact 
on how a job is done. It can make you lose focus and motivation, and can bring others down too. So 
providing an area within the office or close by, will allow people to remove themselves when need be, 
and have a few minutes to refocus and deal with any pent-up emotions they may be feeling. So corner 
off an area that is secluded and private. Get a nice sofa to lounge on, or even a few beanbags - 
anything that's comforting and informal, and then let everyone know that it's there when they need it. 
This will also give you an insight as a boss as to who may need a little extra care and support.

These are only a couple of examples to start, but these should put you on the right track and give you 
some ideas as to what you can do in your power to ensure that your employees are working to the 
best of their ability, and doing not only the business proud, but you too. And always remember to give 
out credit where it's due, and let everyone know that they're appreciated.

 Am demachiantul acesta de cateva luni si imi place sa-l folosesc , cred ca e demachiantul meu bifazic preferat.  Are o consistenta apoasa , usor uleioasa si curata bine pana si machiajul rezistent la apa. Testul suprem a fost cu un eyeliner waterproof de la Essence care trece foarte greu , insa cu acest demachiant nu am avut probleme.  Eu agit foarte bine flaconul, pun cateva pompite de demachiant pe o discheta si sterg machiajul ochilor .Nu imi agaseaza ochii , nu trebuie sa insist tare.
